Humanité currently posts within Australia.

Orders made on the website are processed during normal business hours. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing during business days and up to 10 business days for delivery. Orders are dispatched for post weekly. All deliveries are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions and their schedule.

Our standard postage rate starts at $9.95 within Australia, unless we are offering a deal for postage (i.e. free postage) which will be advertised on our website.

If you hail from across the seas, email your expression of interest to hello@humanite.com.au and we'll let you know when we go global.

Availability of Products

By accepting an order on the website, Humanité does not warrant the availability of the products ordered. In the unlikely event that you place an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will notify you as soon as possible of this fact and refund the price paid for your purchase.

Product Packaging

We have chosen to use glass bottle packaging as we believe this holds products better for longer. However, this means bottles are also more prone to breakages, so we encourage you to handle them delicately with care. Humanité is not liable for any product breakages, including but not limited to any loss or damage suffered as a result of product breakages, once the product has been delivered.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. You must pay the order amount at the time of submitting the order.


Unless otherwise indicated, one promotion redemption per household. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion can be applied per transaction. Promotions are only applicable for dates indicated and while supplies are available. We reserve the right to rescind a promotion at any time.

Risk and Title

All risk in Humanité products passes on delivery of the products to your nominated delivery address. Title passes on delivery of the products and receipt by Humanité of full payment by clearance of funds into our bank account.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of product purchases, less cost of postage for full priced products purchased at www.humanite.com.au that have not been opened, used or damaged in any way. There are no refunds or exchanges on promotional/ sales items. Items purchased in a retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase and are subject to the policies of that store.

Please return item(s) to HUMANITÉ SKINCARE, LEVEL 9, 123 ALBERT STREET, BRISBANE QLD 4000. So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please include the order ID number, your mailing address, email address, reason for the return/exchange along and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will then assess the product and let you know as soon as possible whether your return/exchange has been accepted and the details of your refund or exchange product/s. Just to note, products are your responsibility until they reach our facilities.

Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to use this payment method we will let you know. 

Please also notify us by email at hello@humanite.com.au. We require this notification to accept any returns or exchanges.

Humanité Warranty and Consumer Guarantees

Humanité hopes that you love our products as much as we do. However, in the event that you receive a product from us that:

a) arrives damaged;

b) has faulty packaging that may affect the quality or integrity of the product (for example, a broken seal); or

c) is expired,

and you notify us of this fact by email to hello@humanite.com.au within 14 days of the date of postage, we will replace the item at our own cost or provide you with a refund of the purchase price (including delivery costs).

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies granted to consumers pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates.

Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

By completing an order on our website, you are giving us permission to contact you in the future with promotions, updates, and information about our brand. You can of course opt out of any communications from us by hitting the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. We will never share your information with any third party without your consent, except for the purposes of direct marketing or where we are required or authorised by law to disclose the information.
